TIR1 – Nuclear auxin receptor
TIR1 auxin receptor in complex with IAA and a fragment of the IAA7 peptide. α-helices of TIR1 polypeptide backbone are coloured from N-terminus (blue) to C-terminus (red); IAA molecule is coloured in dark green; and a worm-like polypeptide fragment of IAA7 is coloured in orange. Amino acid residues of LRR β-sheets that keep inositole hexaphosphate are shown with balls and sticks representation.
